| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析北京市东城区2001～2011年女性甲状腺癌发病和死亡情况。［方法］ 提取北京市肿瘤登记数据库中2001～2011年户籍为东城区（原东城区和原崇文区）的肿瘤病例资料进行分析，计算甲状腺癌发病率、死亡率及年度变化百分比（annaul percent change，APC），分析发病率和死亡率年度变化趋势，并根据Segi’s世界人口构成计算世标率（ASR world）。 ［结果］ 2001～2011年，北京市东城区女性甲状腺癌累计发病435例，死亡80例。粗发病率为7.95/10万，粗死亡率为0.97/10万。2001～2011年，甲状腺癌发病世标率APC为15.84%（P<0.05），死亡世标率APC为7.79%（P>0.05）。甲状腺癌发病高峰出现在45～岁组和75～岁组，死亡高峰出现在75～岁组。［结论］ 北京市东城区女性甲状腺癌发病率及死亡率增长迅速，特别是对45～岁组和75～岁组的影响日益加剧。需重视甲状腺癌高发的原因分析，有针对性地采取预防措施。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of thyroid cancer in female from 2001 to 2011 in Beijing Dongcheng District. ［Methods］ Cases diagnosed as thyroid cancer in 2001～2011 in Being Dongcheng District were extracted from the population-based database of Beijing cancer registry. Incidence，mortality and annual percentage change(APC) of thyroid cancer were calculated. Segi’s population was used for age-standardized incidence and mortality rates. ［Results］ There were 435 new thyroid cancer cases and 80 deaths in 2001～2011，with the crude incidence was 7.95/105 and crude mortality was 0.97/105. During 2001～2011，the APC of world age-standardized incidence of thyroid cancer was 15.84%(P<0.05)，and the APC of mortality was 7.79%(P>0.05). The peak incidence was seen in female aged 45～years and 75～years；the peak mortality was seen in female aged 75～years. ［Conclusion］ The incidence and mortality of female thyroid cancer increased rapidly from 2001 to 2011，especially in age group 45～ and 75～ years. The related reasons for higher incidence of thyroid cancer should be paid more attention in future，and measures should be taken to control the incidence of thyroid cancer. |
