| 摘 要：为促进医院自身建设和管理，不断提高医疗质量，保障医疗安全，改善医疗服务水平，中国医学科学院肿瘤医院（以下简称“肿瘤医院”）依据《三级肿瘤医院评审标准（2011年版）实施细则》开展医院评审工作，评审工作开展3年后，肿瘤医院医院管理水平、医疗质量、医疗安全、工作量及工作效率均明显提高。三级肿瘤医院评审是确保医疗质量和医疗安全的有效方式，通过医院评审可提升医院整体管理水平。 |

| Abstract：In order to upgrade the hospital management，improve the quality of care and enhance medical safety，according to the “Tertiary Cancer Hospital Accreditation Standards (2011 Edition)”，the accreditation of tertiary cancer hospital was conducted in Cancer Hospital of CAMS & PUMC in 2013. After 3 years of implementation，the medical care，practice safety，hospital workload，working efficiency have been improved significantly. The results indicate that accreditation of tertiary cancer hospital is an effective way to ensure the service quality and medical safety，as well as to upgrade the hospital management level. |
