| 摘 要：EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus，EBV)属疱疹病毒科γ亚科，是一种淋巴细胞病毒属的双链DNA病毒，全世界约95%的成人携带此病毒。目前已证实它与多种恶性肿瘤的发展有关，如胃癌、鼻咽癌、传染性单核细胞增多症、伯基特淋巴瘤(Burkitt lymphoma，BL)、何杰金氏病、T细胞淋巴瘤等，其中EB病毒感染型胃癌存在广泛的PIK3CA突变、高频率DNA甲基化、JAK2和CD274基因的扩增，但具体的机制尚不清楚。随着分子生物学技术的发展和应用，研究者对EBV感染相关胃癌的发生机制进行了深入研究。本文将针对EB病毒相关胃癌进行详细阐述。 |

| Abstract：Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) belongs to herpes virus gamma subfamily，which is a kind of lymphocyte virus with double-stranded DNA virus. About 95% of the world’s adults carry this virus. The present study confirms that it is associated with the development of a variety of malignant tumors，such as gastric cancer，nasopharyngeal carcinoma，infectious mononucleosis，Burkitt lymphoma(BL)，Hodgkin’s disease，T cell lymphoma，etc. A type of EBV infection in gastric cancer presence of a wide range of PIK3CA mutations，the high frequency of DNA methylation，JAK2 and CD274 gene expanded，but the exact mechanism is unclear. With the development and application of molecular biology technology，the researchers of EBV infection related mechanisms of gastric cancer were studied. This article reviews EB virus associated gastric cancer in detail. |
