      摘 要:化学药物疗法是中晚期恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法。然而,肿瘤细胞的多药耐药是导致肿瘤治疗困难及复发的主要因素,而且经常使预后较差。很多研究已经证实,姜黄素可在多种化疗药物引起的化学抵抗中成为强有力的化疗增敏剂。作为一种用药安全、成本低的化合物,姜黄素与多种化疗药联合应用可增强药物治疗指数。全文就肿瘤多药耐药发生机制及姜黄素逆转肿瘤多药耐药的机制展开论述。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:In China,a majority of malignant tumor patients are at middle-advanced stages when diagnosed,which means loss of the surgery opportunity. Chemotherapy is the main treatment for malignant tumor of middle-advanced stage. However,multidrug resistance of cancer cells is one of the main factors resulting in treatment difficulties and disease relapses,and it always leads to a bad prognosis. Several studies have identified that curcumin as a potent chemosensitizer against chemoresistance induced by various chemotherapeutic drugs. As a pharmacologically safe and cost-effective compound,curcumin uses in combination with various chemotherapeutic drugs which may improve the therapeutic index of these drugs. This article aims at elaborating the mechanisms of multidrug resistance in malignant tumor and the reversal mechanism of curcumin.
