| 摘 要：［目的］分析2012年中山市恶性肿瘤发病概况，为中山市恶性肿瘤防治提供科学依据。［方法］收集整理2012年中山市恶性肿瘤发病资料，分析其发病数、粗率、中标率、世标率及构成比等指标。［结果］2012年中山市恶性肿瘤新发病例4279例，其中男性2428例，女性1851例，男、女性世标率分别为261.85/10 万和179.57/10 万。男性发病前5 位恶性肿瘤依次是肺、肝、鼻咽、食管、结肠癌，女性依次是乳腺、肺、宫体、结肠和脑及神经系统恶性肿瘤，鼻咽癌分别居中山市同期男、女性恶性肿瘤发病顺位的第3位 和第10位。男、女性年龄别发病率均从40~岁组开始迅速上升，但男、女性年龄别发病模式不同。［结论］2012年中山市恶性肿瘤发病总体居国内中等水平，鼻咽癌和女性宫体癌发病居国内较高水平，应加强防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To explore the cancer incidence status in Zhongshan in 2012，and to provide scientific information for its control and prevention.［Methods］ The data of cancer incidence of Zhongshan in 2012 which came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry were collected. Such indexes as its new numbers，crude incidence，age-standardized rate by Chinese standard population(ASR China)，age-standardized rate by world standard population(ASR world)，and proportion etc were calculated and analyzed.［Results］ There were 4279 new cancer cases in 2012 in Zhongshan. And cancer incidence(ASR world) in Zhongshan in 2012 was 261.85/105 in male and 179.57/105 in female，respectively. The top 5 cancers in Zhongshan in 2012 were lung，liver，nasopharynx，oesophagus and colon cancers in male，and breast，lung，corpus uteri，colon and brain cancers in female. Nasopharyngeal cancer was the 3rd and 10th most common cancer for male and female in Zhongshan in 2012，respectively. Although both male and female age-specific incidence in Zhongshan in 2012 increased quickly from age 40，but male and female age-specific incidence pattern were different.［Conclusions］ Cancer incidence in Zhongshan in 2012 is at moderate level nationwide. But nasopharyngeal and female corpus uteri cancer incidenceis are at high level. It suggested that nasopharyngeal and female corpus uteri cancer control and prevention in Zhongshan should be enhanced. |
