| 摘 要：作为一种无创、敏感、准确的功能成像手段，超声造影的灌注模式能鉴别良恶性肿瘤，其定量技术还能以量化的方式客观地反映组织中血流灌注的改变，具有预测疗效的潜力。全文就超声造影各定量参数的意义及时间—强度曲线分析过程中的相关影响因素作一阐述与分析。 |

| Abstract：As a non-invasive imaging technique with high sensitivity and specificity for functional imaging，perfusion based contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging can assess tumor malignancy，quantitatively evaluate perfusion change in the tissue，and has the potential to be a prognostic factor. In this paper，we discuss various quantification parameters in contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging with their definition and related impact factors during the time intensity curve (TIC) analysis. |
