| 摘 要：乳腺和甲状腺都是激素依赖性器官，均受下丘脑—垂体—腺体轴调控，两者可能具有某些内在的联系和共同的致病危险因素。目前对于甲状腺疾病与乳腺癌的关系已有一定研究进展，但结论尚有争议，相关机制也未明确。全文就近年来有关甲状腺疾病和乳腺癌相关性的研究作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Both thyroid and breast belong to hormone dependent organs，and they are all regulated by hypothalamic-pituitary axis. There are maybe some internal links and common pathogenic risk factors between thyroid and breast. By far，the researches of the relationship between thyroid diseases and breast cancer have made some progresses，but the conclusions are controversial and the mechanisms are still unclear. This article reviews the researches of the correlation between thyroid diseases and breast cancer in recent years. |
