| 摘 要：［目的］分析无锡市恶性肿瘤发病趋势和分布特征，为开展肿瘤防治工作提供依据。［方法］ 按照肿瘤登记规范，收集整理并分析2010～2012年无锡市恶性肿瘤新发病例资料，计算恶性肿瘤粗发病率、标化发病率、0～74岁累积率、35～64岁截缩率和构成比，并采用Logistic曲线估计的方法判别肿瘤发病率的变化趋势。［结果］ 2010～2012年无锡市共报告新发恶性肿瘤22 862例，其中男性13 207例，女性9655例；粗发病率为318.99/10万，标化率230.58/10万，累积率（0～74岁）为21.97%，截缩率（35～64岁）为275.42/10万；45～49岁年龄组和总人口的肿瘤发病率呈逐年上升的趋势（P<0.05）；男性发病前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和食管癌，女性发病前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为乳腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肺癌和宫颈癌。［结论］ 无锡市2010~2012年恶性肿瘤发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，应进一步加强恶性肿瘤的防控工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the incidence trend and distribution characteristics of malignant tumor in Wuxi city，Jiangsu province，and to provide evidence for cancer prevention and control. ［Methods］ The report data of new cases of malignant tumors from 2010 to 2012 were collected to calculate the crude incidence，standardized incidence，cumulative rate of 0~74 years old，truncated age standardized rate of 35~64 years old and constituent ratio. Meanwhile，Logistic curve estimation was used to distinguish variation trend of incidence rate of malignant tumors. ［Results］ From 2010 to 2012，a total of 22 862 cases with malignant tumors were reported，of which 13 207 were male and 9655 were female. The crude incidence，standardized incidence，cumulative rate of 0~74 years old，truneated age standardized rate of 35~64 years old. were 318.99/105， 230.58/105，21.97%，275.42/105 respectively. There was an upward trend in tumor incidence in 45~49 age group and total population(P<0.05). The top five malignant tumors of male were gastric cancer，lung cancer，colorectal cancer，live cancer and esophageal cancer，and for female，the top five were breast cancer，gastric cancer，colorectal cancer，lung cancer and cervical cancer，respectively. ［Conclusion］ There shows an upward incidence trend of malignant tumors from 2010 to 2012 in Wuxi city，therefore，the effort should be made to strengthen prevention and control of malignant tumors. |
