| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨中山市1970~2009年宫体癌死亡概况及规律，为中山市宫体癌防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集整理中山市1970~2009年期间宫体癌死亡资料，统计分析其死亡数、粗死亡率、世界标化率等指标。［结果］ 1970~2009年期间中山市宫体癌死亡率明显上升（趋势性检验U=3.22，P<0.01），世界标化死亡率为2.58/10万，死亡高峰在55~59岁年龄组，1990年以后死亡年龄高峰较1990年之前提前。［结论］ 1970~2009年中山市宫体癌死亡率处于世界较高水平，总体呈上升趋势，死亡年龄较早，提示中山市应加强宫体癌防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the mortality of corpus uteri cancer in Zhongshan during 1970~2009，in order to provide scientific information for its control and prevention in Zhongshan.［Methods］ The death data of corpus uteri cancer in Zhongshan during 1970~2009 which came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry were collected. Death cases，crude mortality rate，age-standardized mortality rate by world standard population(ASR world) were calculated.［Results］ The ASR world was 2.58/105 with a significant increase over time (Trend test U=3.22，P<0.01). The mortality peakage after 1990 was younger than that before 1990，while the mortality peak was at 55~59 age group during the whole period.［Conclusion］ The mortality of corpus uteri cancer in Zhongshan during 1970~2009 was at a high level worldwide，and increased from 1970 to 2009，and the age of mortality was younger than before. It suggested that control and prevention strategies should be enhanced for corpus uteri cancer. |
