| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析安徽省肿瘤登记地区2012年女性乳腺癌发病情况。 ［方法］ 对2012年安徽省肿瘤登记地区的女性乳腺癌发病资料进行分析，计算城乡之间肿瘤发病率和标化率，并进行城乡比较。 ［结果］ 安徽省肿瘤登记地区2012年女性乳腺癌粗发病率为27.21/10万，中标率为 22.28/10万，世标率为20.87/10万；城市地区粗发病率为32.08/10万，中标率为 25.21/10万，世标率为23.86/10万；农村地区粗发病率为21.76 /10万，中标率为 18.77/10万，世标率为17.29/10万。［结论］ 2012年安徽省肿瘤登记地区城市女性乳腺癌发病率高于农村，且发病率增长明显，要加强乳腺癌的防控工作，以减少乳腺癌带来的疾病负担。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the incidence of breast cancer of cancer registries in Anhui province in 2012. ［Methods］ The incidence of breast cancer of Anhui registries were analyzed. Incidence of breast cancer were calculated stratified by urban and rural areas，and the difference between the urban and rural areas.［Results］ The crude incidence of breast cancer was 27.21/105，incidence standardized by Chinese standard population(ASR China) was 22.28/105，incidence standardized by world standard population(ASR world) was 20.87/105. The crude incidence of breast cancer in urban group was 32.08/105，the ASR China and ASR world was 25.21/105，23.86/105 respectively. The crude incidence of breast cancer in rural group was 21.76/105，the ASR China and ASR world was 18.77/105，17.29/105 respectively. ［Conclusions］ The data could reflect that the incidence of breast cancer in urban areas is higher than that in rural areas，and trend increase rapidly. The prevention of breast cancer needs to be enhanced to avoid the large burden of breast cancer. |
