| 摘 要：近年来，越来越多的研究报道了免疫功能异常与胃癌发生、发展及预后的关系，尤其是细胞因子在胃癌发生发展中的作用。全文就细胞因子及其与胃癌发生、发展的相关性研究进展作一阐述，可能为胃癌的免疫学诊断和预后判断提供依据，为肿瘤治疗提供新的方向。 |

| Abstract：Recently，an increasing number of studies have been reported about the association between immune dysfunction with the development and prognosis of gastric cancer，especially the role of cytokines expressed in gastric cancer. In this paper，recent advances about the role of cytokines during the development of gastric cancer have been reviewed to provide a new immunological diagnosis and prognosis markers for gastric cancer，and an alternative direction for cancer treatment. |
