| Abstract：Researches showed that there are complex molecular mechanism in epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) of tumor cells. These signaling pathways involved in EMT play regulation roles in the transcriptional，translational and post-translational levels. The recent progress in carcinogenesis mechanism of EMT in cancer was discussed in this paper. |
