| 摘 要：协会与挂靠医院帮促结合，协会为医院提供学术交流、科研协作、继续教育、科普宣传等平台，并引导医院管理不断进步及医疗技术持续改进；挂靠医院为协会提供人、财、物的支撑，是协会的核心学术力量，为协会的发展提供保证。全文研究分析国内各级医学协会挂靠单位的情况，调查几家学术影响力较大的肿瘤医院及挂靠在其下的抗癌协会基本情况，分析协会与挂靠医院之间的关系。 |

| Abstract：Medical association and the affiliated hospital help and promote each other. Medical association provides academic exchanges platform，research collaboration platform，continuing education platform and popular science publicity platform for hospitals，and to guide hospital management progress and medical technology continuous improvement. Affiliated hospital to provide medical association with people，money，material support，is the core of the association of academic power，provide guarantee for the development of the association. This study analyses the domestic situation of medical association linked units at all levels，the investigation of several academic influence is bigger and the affiliated tumor hospital basic situation in its anti-cancer association. The relationship between the association and the affiliated hospital is analyzed in this paper. |
