| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2011年仙居县恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况，为恶性肿瘤预防控制提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集仙居县肿瘤登记处2011年登记的恶性肿瘤发病及死亡资料，计算恶性肿瘤发病率、死亡率、标化率等指标。采用2000年中国标准人口构成计算中国人口年龄标化发病率和死亡率。［结果］ 2011年仙居县共报告恶性肿瘤新发病例1552例，死亡946例；肿瘤发病率为312.45/10万，中标率为216.03/10万，肿瘤死亡率为190.45/10万，中标率为126.20/10万。男性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均高于女性，且随年龄增加而上升，在45岁以后快速上升。男性肿瘤发病前5位为胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、食管癌和结直肠癌，女性发病前5位为胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、结直肠癌和宫颈癌。男性肿瘤死亡前5位为胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、食管癌和结直肠癌，女性死亡前5位为胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、肺癌和宫颈癌。［结论］ 胃癌、肝癌等消化系统肿瘤、肺癌和宫颈癌是威胁仙居县居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤，应积极控制危险因素，加强防治。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the incidence and mortality of cancer in Xianju county，so as to provide the scientific evidence for cancer prevention and control. ［Methods］ The cancer registered data in 2011 from Xianju Cancer Registry was collected. The crude rate，age-standardized rate and age-specific incidence/mortality were calculated. The age-standardized rate was adjusted by the 2000 Chinese standard population. ［Results］ A total of 1552 new diagnosed cancer cases and 946 death cases were reported. The crude incidence was 312.45/105，and age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population(ASR China) was 216.03/105. The crude mortality and standardized (ASR China) mortality were 190.45/105 and 126.20/105，respectively. The incidence and mortality in male were higher than those in female ，which increased with age，and the rates rised up rapidly after the age of 45. The top 5 incidences in male were gastric cancer，liver cancer，lung cancer，esophagus cancer and colorectal cancer，while in female were gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，lung cancer，colorectal cancer and cervical cancer. The top 5 mortalities in male were gastric cancer，liver cancer，lung cancer，esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer，while in female were gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，liver cancer，lung cancer and cervical cancer. ［Conclusion］ Digestive system carcinoma such as gastric cancer and liver cancer，lung cancer and cervical cancer are the major cancer burdens in Xianju county，which should be the focus of cancer prevention and treatment in local residents. |
