| 摘 要：［目的］ 基于文献计量学深入分析肿瘤领域的研究现状和发展态势。［方法］ 在PubMed数据库中检索肿瘤领域2010~2014年的研究论文，用TDA对数据进行清洗，采用文献计量学方法，借助可视化分析工具，从论文数量、国家/地区分布、研究主题等多个角度对肿瘤领域的发展态势进行分析。［结果］ 全球肿瘤领域2010~2014年共有研究论文481 193篇，年发文量在10万篇左右，处于稳步上升的发展时期；论文数量超过1万篇的国家有11个，论文发表集中在美国、中国和日本等国家，美国发文量138 908篇，全球排名第一位。肿瘤领域的研究主题主要集中在抗肿瘤药、基因治疗、生物信息学、精准医疗等。［结论］ 通过对肿瘤领域的文献计量学分析，可以了解该领域的研究现状和发展态势，为肿瘤研究和医疗实践提供一定参考。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To discuss the situation and development trend in the fields of neoplasms by bibliometric analysis. ［Method］ The research papers in the field of neoplasms from 2010 to 2014 in the PubMed database were retrieved，the data was cleaned by TDA. The development trend from the numbers of papers，country/region distribution，research topics and other aspects by the method of bibliometrics and visual tools were discussed. ［Results］ There were 481 193 research papers published from 2010 to 2014，and the annual numbers of publications were about 100 000，being in a steady increasing period；eleven countries/regions published more than 10 000 papers，concentrating in the United States，China and Japan；the United States ranked first with the amount of 138 908. The field of neoplasms focused on antineoplastic agents，gene therapy，bioinformatics，precision medicine and others.［Conclusion］ The bibliometric analysis of the field of neoplasms，could reveal the current situation and development trends，and also provide a reference for research and medical practice. |
