| 摘 要：近年来多项研究发现外周髓鞘蛋白-22（peripheral myelin protein-22，PMP22）调控细胞生长周期、细胞粘附、凋亡等过程，在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达。PMP22异常表达与乳腺癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、骨肉瘤等恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关，可能对恶性肿瘤的临床治疗及预后判断具有重要价值。 |

| Abstract：In recent years，the abnormal expression of peripheral myelin protein-22 (PMP22) in tumors have been found in many researches by regulating cell growth cycle，cell adhesion，apoptosis，etc. It may be closely associated with the genesis and carcinogenesis of breast cancer，gastric carcinoma，pancreatic cancer，osteosarcoma，etc. PMP22 may also have an important role in treatment and indicating prognosis for tumor. |
