| Abstract：Through analysis of cancer registry data from Hebei Cancer Hospitals，the problems of reported data currently were summarized，and the follow up system in the hospital was introduced. The reasons and put forward methods for further perfect medical record information management system to improve the quality of cancer registry data were explored. |
