| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2012年泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况。［方法］ 对泰兴市2012年恶性肿瘤发病、死亡资料进行分析，计算发病率、死亡率等指标。［结果］ 2012年泰兴市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为235.55/10万，粗死亡率为187.81/10万，恶性肿瘤发病和死亡率男性均显著性高于女性，且随年龄增长呈上升趋势。［结论］ 消化系统肿瘤、肺癌及乳腺癌是影响泰兴市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤，应进一步加强监测与干预。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze incidence and mortality of cancer in Taixing，2012. ［Methods］ Incidence and mortality of cancer in Taixing was analyzed. ［Results］ The crude incidence rate was 235.55/105，and crude mortality rate was 187.81/105. Incidence and mortality in male were obviously higher than those in female，and presented a rising trend along with the age growth. ［Conclusion］ Digestive system tumors，lung cancer and breast cancer were the major cancers that affecting residents’ health in Taixing，tumor monitoring and intervention should be strengthened. |
