| 摘 要：2010年复旦大学附属肿瘤医院率先试点试行肿瘤学科的住院医师规范化培训，面向社会招录肿瘤学科住院医师规范化培训学员。通过近5年的实践探索，肿瘤学科住院医师培训模式也日趋完善，通过不断细化管理和质量管控，培训日趋规范化。 |

| Abstract：Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center has been assigned as the first base hospital for oncology standardized training since 2010 in Shanghai．Over the past five years，we have been exploring the model of oncology specialist standardized training. Through fine management and quality control，the training for oncology specialist is becoming more and more standardized. |
