| 摘 要：随着医学的发展和进步，涉及人体临床研究的项目日益增多，伦理审查问题也越来越受到重视。伦理审查对临床研究起到了指导和规范的作用，是临床研究得以顺利进行和完成的前提保证。全文根据近年来我院伦理委员会审查临床研究项目的经验和体会，对临床研究伦理审查的现状及其问题进行探讨，并提出相应的对策，以保证临床研究伦理审查的公正性、科学性、独立性和统一性。 |

| Abstract：With the development of clinical science，more and more clinical research involving human body have been carried out，and its ethics review problems become much more important. Ethics review is not only the guidance and criterion for clinical research，but also a guarantee that the research can be carried on and finished fluently. Combining with the actual work of our hospital，this article discussed on current situation and problems of ethics review in clinical research and gave some suggestions to ensure the scientificity，fairness，independence and consistency of the ethics review in clinical research. |
