      摘 要:肥胖和高胆固醇血症是乳腺癌的重要危险因素。有研究显示,在乳腺癌小鼠模型中,胆固醇的主要代谢产物27-羟基胆固醇(27-hydroxycholesterol,27HC)可以刺激雌激素受体促进肿瘤的生长,还可以通过激活肝X受体(liver X receptor,LXR)来促进转移。27HC可能还与乳腺癌内分泌治疗反应下降相关。全文就胆固醇代谢在乳腺癌中的研究进展作一综述。

      Abstract:Obesity and hypercholesterolemia are important risk factors for breast cancer. Some researches showed that 27-hydroxycholesterol(27HC),a primary metabolite of cholesterol,promotes tumor growth by activating estrogen receptor(ER) and stimulates metastasis through the activation of liver X receptor(LXR) in mouse models of breast cancer.27HC may also be related to decreasing response of breast tumors during endocrine therapies. This paper reviews the research progress of cholesterol metabolism in breast cancer.
