| 摘 要：肥胖和高胆固醇血症是乳腺癌的重要危险因素。有研究显示，在乳腺癌小鼠模型中，胆固醇的主要代谢产物27-羟基胆固醇（27-hydroxycholesterol，27HC）可以刺激雌激素受体促进肿瘤的生长，还可以通过激活肝X受体（liver X receptor，LXR）来促进转移。27HC可能还与乳腺癌内分泌治疗反应下降相关。全文就胆固醇代谢在乳腺癌中的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Obesity and hypercholesterolemia are important risk factors for breast cancer. Some researches showed that 27-hydroxycholesterol(27HC)，a primary metabolite of cholesterol，promotes tumor growth by activating estrogen receptor(ER) and stimulates metastasis through the activation of liver X receptor(LXR) in mouse models of breast cancer.27HC may also be related to decreasing response of breast tumors during endocrine therapies. This paper reviews the research progress of cholesterol metabolism in breast cancer. |
