| Abstract：DUSP1 gene，as an important member of the MKP family，plays an important role in the control of cell cycles and tumor progression through MAPK signal transduction．Once aberrant expression of DUSP1 in cells happens，it may lead to the tumor occurrence.The role in different tumor types is also different. |
