| Abstract：With the development of medical technology，more patients with breast cancer get the chance of receiving breast conservative surgery. The safety and cosmetic outcome with application of the breast conservative surgery to the patients with breast cancer are reviewed. The background of oncoplastic surgery，brief procedure of oncoplastic surgery，complication and cosmetic outcome are introduced in this paper. |
