| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析辽宁省肿瘤医院首次住院恶性肿瘤患者的疾病构成特征，为肿瘤专科医院的发展提供参考依据。［方法］ 对2003~2014年首次住院的恶性肿瘤患者病案资料进行统计分析，采用SQL Server 2000及SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据处理。［结果］ 男性恶性肿瘤住院患者年龄集中在45~69岁，女性患者年龄集中在40~64岁。恶性肿瘤患者集中的年龄段中，男性胃癌、喉癌所占比例有下降趋势，肝癌和肾癌有上升趋势；女性直肠癌和胃癌所占比例有下降趋势，宫颈癌和甲状腺癌有上升趋势。［结论］ 首次住院恶性肿瘤患者的年龄、性别分布存在差异，应针对高危人群做好癌症的三级预防工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the composition in patients with cancer in Liaoning Cancer Hospital，and to provide reference and basis for cancer prevention and treatment. ［Methods］ Based on the medical records，the data of the first-hospitalization cancer patients from 2003 to 2014 in Liaoning Cancer Hospital were analyzed. The data were processed by SQL Server 2000 and SPSS16.0 software. ［Results］ The patients with cancer hospitalized age concentrated in 45 to 69 in male，and 40 to 64 in female. The proportion of gastric cancer，laryngeal cancer showed a downward trend in male，while the proportion of liver cancer and kidney cancer showed a rising trend in male. But in female，the proportion of colorectal cancer and stomach cancer had a downward trend，the proportion of cervical cancer and thyroid cancer had a rising trend. ［Conclusions］ There are age and gender difference in the composition of first-hospitalization cancer patients. Three- level cancer preventions should be taken for high-risk groups. |
