| 摘 要：全文回顾辽宁省肿瘤防治办公室40年的发展历程，重点介绍肿瘤防治办公室在起步、发展、成熟三个阶段内的主要工作内容，及其在肿瘤病因学研究、早诊早治项目实施和恶性肿瘤规范治疗等方面所取得的成绩。回顾过去，展望未来，辽宁省肿瘤防治研究办公室将依托辽宁省肿瘤医院，不断提高全省肿瘤防治水平，推动全省肿瘤防治工作的全面发展。 |

| Abstract：This paper reviews the 40 years development of Liaoning Provincial Cancer Prevention and Control Office，and focuses on the main works in three stages，the beginning，gradual development and mature stage，as well as achievements in tumor etiology，cancer screening and tumors standard treatment. Reviewing the past and looking forward，Liaoning Provincial Cancer Prevention and Control Office will be relying on Liaoning Cancer Hospital，constantly improving the level of cancer prevention and control，promoting the all-round development of cancer prevention and control work in Liaoning province. |
