| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析湖北省不同地区食管/贲门癌（上消化道癌）筛查结果。 ［方法］ 将2011年6月至2013年9月湖北省东部、东北部、北部、西北部地区人群上消化道癌筛查结果与湖北省食管癌高发区钟祥市柴湖镇（河南移民区）进行比较分析。［结果］ 钟祥市柴湖镇的食管/贲门癌（上消化道癌）与湖北东部地区检出病变类型分布有显著性差异（P均＜0.05），而与湖北北部、西北部人群筛查结果相近。［结论］ 湖北省上消化道癌除钟祥柴湖镇移民区外，相对高发带可能位于湖北与河南毗邻的北部和西北部。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analysis the screening results of esophageal/cardia cancer (upper gastrointestinal cancer) in different regions of Hubei province.［Methods］ Comparative analysis of the screening results of upper gastrointestinal cancer in eastern，northern，northeastern and northwestern Hubei and Chaihu Town，Zhongxiang City which was a high incidence area of esophageal cancer (immigration of Henan province) from June 2011 to September 2013.［Results］ There was significant difference of the screening results of upper gastrointestinal cancer between Chaihu Town and eastern Hubei (all P＜0.05)，and the screening results in Chaihu Town was similar to the northern and northeastern Hubei.［Conclusions］ Except Chaihu Town，Zhongxiang City，the relatively high incidence area of esophageal/cardia cancer(upper gastrointestinal cancer) may locate at northern and northwestern part of Hubei province neighboring with Henan province. |
