| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨武威市凉州区2010~2012年恶性肿瘤发病情况。［方法］ 对武威市凉州区2010~2012年恶性肿瘤的发病资料进行分析，计算发病粗率、中标率、世标率等指标；中标率标准人口采用1982年全国人口构成，世标率标准人口采用Segi’s世界人口构成。［结果］武威市凉州区2010~2012年恶性肿瘤发病率为293.4/10万，中标率为193.3/10万，世标率为250.8/10万，截缩率为484.5/10万，累积率为31.2%(0~74岁)。男性发病率高于女性（男性为333.7/10万、女性为249.6/10万）。男性发病前10位的恶性肿瘤为胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、大肠癌、肝癌、白血病、膀胱癌、恶性淋巴瘤、脑肿瘤、胰腺癌，占全部恶性肿瘤发病的91.33%；女性发病前10位的恶性肿瘤为胃癌、乳腺癌、食管癌、宫颈癌、大肠癌、肺癌、卵巢癌、肝癌、子宫内膜癌、白血病，占全部恶性肿瘤发病的84.98%。［结论］ 武威市凉州区恶性肿瘤发病率持续上升，胃癌、食管癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌是防治的重点；老年人、50岁以后的男性及30岁以后的女性是肿瘤防治的重点人群。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cancer incidence in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city from 2010 to 2012. ［Methods］ The cancer incidence data in liangzhou district were analyzed. Incidences，age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population(ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR world) were calculated respectively. Chinese population sensus in 1982 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized incidence. ［Results］ From 2010 to 2012，the crude incidence was 299.3/105，ASR China and ASR world was 191.9/105 and 250.2/105 with the truncated rate and cumulative incidence rate (0~74 age years old) of 484.5/105 and 31.2%. The 10 most common cancer of male were gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，lung cancer，large intestine cancer，liver cancer，leukemia，pancreas cancer，lymphoma，brain tumors and bladder cancer they occupy 90.65% of all male cancer；The 10 most common cancer of female were gastric cancer，breast cancer，esophageal cancer，leukemia，large intestine cancer，lung cancer，ovary cancer，liver cancer，endometrial cancer and cervix cancer，it occupy 83.04% of all female cancer. ［Conclusions］ The cancer incidence in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city continues to rise，gastric cancer，esophageal cancer，breast cancer and cervical cancer is the focus of malignancy prevention and treatment. The elderly，men after 50 years old and women after 30 years are the focus of the crowd of cancer prevention and treatment. |
