| 摘 要：肿瘤诱导的骨髓疾病是多种细胞共同作用的动态病理过程。骨转移性肿瘤细胞可与免疫细胞、髓样细胞、成纤维细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞等骨髓源性细胞群系相互作用，从而影响其基因表达及功能，改变骨髓微环境。全文对骨髓基质细胞在转移性骨肿瘤中的作用作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Tumor-induced bone disease is a dynamic pathological process of various cells. Bone metastatic tumor cells could interact with immune cells，myeloid cells，fibroblasts，osteoblasts，osteoclasts and other bone marrow-derived cells to affect gene expression and function，as well as change the bone marrow microenvironment. This article reviews the role of bone marrow stromal cells in metastatic bone tumors. |
