| 摘 要： ［目的］ 了解烟台市消化系统肿瘤的发病及死亡状况，为消化系统肿瘤防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 对烟台市2012年居民消化系统肿瘤发病、死亡资料进行描述性流行病学分析，计算烟台市2012年消化系统肿瘤的发病率、死亡率等指标。采用去死因期望寿命的方法评价消化系统肿瘤对人群平均预期寿命的影响。［结果］ 2012年烟台市消化系统肿瘤发病人数7567人，发病率为116.54/10万，占肿瘤发病总数的49.70%，死亡7054人，死亡率为108.64/10万，占肿瘤死亡总数的53.23%；死亡率居前3位肿瘤为肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌。烟台市消化系统肿瘤好发于男性，且多发于50岁以上的中老年人。去除消化系统肿瘤死因，平均期望寿命将增加1.83岁。［结论］ 消化系统肿瘤是严重威胁烟台居民生命健康的重要疾病之一。加强健康教育、促进健康的生活饮食习惯辅以定期身体检查是重要的防治措施。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the incidence and mortality of digestive system tumors and provide scientific basis for prevention and control for digestive system tumor in Yantai city. ［Methods］ Epidemiological analysis was conducted on new cases and death cases of digestive system tumors among the residents in Yantai city in 2012，the incidence and morality were analyzed. The cause eliminated life expectancy was evaluated by digestive system tumors. ［Results］ The total new cases of digestive system tumors were 7567，and the incidence was 116.54 /105 with accounting for 49.7% of all cancers. The total death cases of digestive system tumor were 7054，and the mortality was 108.64/105 with accounting for 53.23%. The top 3 digestive system tumors death were stomach cancer，liver cancer and colorectal cancer. The digestive system tumors were more likely to occur in men，especially in the elderly over 50 years. Eliminating the impact of digestive system tumors， the average life expectancy of residents would increase 1.83 years. ［Conclusion］ The digestive system tumors is one of the serious treats to the life and health of Yantai residents. Strengthening health education，promoting health diet with regular physical examination are important prevention measures. |
