| 摘 要：［目的］回顾分析肿瘤医院专利申请授权情况，了解医院专利整体情况及存在问题。［方法］整理肿瘤医院1985~2014年专利申请授权数据，对专利申请授权趋势及专利权属、IPC分类及法律状态等进行分析。［结果］ 1985~2014年，肿瘤医院共申请专利136件，授权专利67件。独立专利权属为主，C12、A61、G01和C07为主要技术领域。有效专利51件。［结论］ 肿瘤医院专利申请授权数量呈逐年上升趋势。在今后管理工作中，应进一步普及知识产权基本知识，了解科技人员的需求，充分发挥学科优势，大力推进专利转化等应用工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analysis the situation of patents application and authorization in Cancer Hospital，in order to understand the status and problems of the hospital patents.［Methods］ The situation of patents application and authorization in Cancer Hospital，including patent application and authorization trend over the years，patent ownership，IPC classification，and legal status were analyzed. ［Results］From 1985 to 2014，a total of 136 patents were applied，68 patents were authorized in Cancer Hospital. Major type of ownership was independence. The major areas of technology were C12，A61，G01 and C07. Valid patents were 51. ［Conclusion］Quantity of patent application and authorization in Cancer Hospital are improved by years. The hospital should further strengthen popularity of patent knowledge，understand the needs of researchers，and encourage them to take advantages of research. |
