| 摘 要：随着肿瘤患者的增多、医疗技术的发展和人们健康需求水平的提高，传统的大肿瘤专业模式已不能适应社会需要，肿瘤专科细化已成为一种趋势，但我国肿瘤专科医院临床分科并无明确依据，肿瘤专科细化应该按何标准，应当细化到怎样一个程度，如何避免过度分科对医学和患者造成伤害都值得探索和思考。全文以天津市肿瘤医院为例，分析了专科细化的基本做法、主要特点和取得的成效，提出了处理好专科细化过程中几个关系的几点思考和建议。 |

| Abstract：As the increase of cancer patients，the development of medical technology and the people's growing health demand，the specialization of oncology division has been becoming a trend. But there are no clear basis for the specialization of oncology division，the point such as how to refine，what degree it should be and how to avoid harm to the medicine and patient，deserve considering and exploring. By studying the basic methods，characteristics and results of specialization in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital，the author gives some thoughts and advice for dealing with the particular problems in the process of the specialization. |
