| 摘 要：甲状腺低分化癌（PDTC）是临床病理特点介于分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）和未分化癌（ATC）之间的一种亚型，是起源于甲状腺滤泡上皮的恶性肿瘤。其生物学行为及侵袭性、预后状况均介于DTC和ATC之间。全文对近年来甲状腺低分化癌的诊断和治疗进展进行探讨和综述。 |

| Abstract：Poorly-differentiated thyroid carcinoma (PDTC) was a subtype between differentiated thyroid carcinoma and anaplastic thyroid carcinoma，which originated from follicular epithelial cells of thyroid gland. The diagnosis and treatment of poorly-differentiated thyroid carcinoma were investigated and reviewed in this article. |
