| 摘 要：基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs)中的MMP-2、9是癌细胞侵袭、转移过程中的两个关键酶。MMP-2、9的激活可以形成Ⅳ型胶原酶，降解细胞外基质，破坏完整的基底膜，导致胃癌细胞浸润周围组织，侵入血管和淋巴管，向远处转移。近年来，越来越多的研究开始关注MMP-2、9调节肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移的信号通路及其在胃癌发生发展、预后中所发挥的作用。全文探讨了MMP-2、9在胃癌中的作用及其可能的信号通路，同时对基质金属蛋白酶-2、9在胃癌发生发展、预后及其抑制剂在胃癌治疗中的研究进行简单的总结。 |

| Abstract：Matrix metalloproteinases，especially MMP-2，9 are two key enzymes in the process of gastric cancer invasion and metastasis. MMP-2，9 can be activated to Ⅳ collagenase which may degrade the extracellular matrix and basement membrane，facilitating vessels form and enhancing cell invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. In recent years，the signaling pathways that MMP-2，9 regulate the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer，more and more research pay attention to carcinogenesis and prognosis in gastric cancer. This review discusses the role of MMP-2，9 in gastric cancer and its possible signal pathway. Meanwhile，it summarizes the charater of MMP-2，9 to carcinogenesis，prognosis of gastric cancer and the application of metalloproteinase inhibitors in the gastric cancer treatment. |
