| 摘 要：［目的］ 了解肿瘤患者对医院服务需求。［方法］ 对2013年8~9月首次门诊就诊、住院、出院患者380例进行医院服务需求问卷调查，发放问卷380份，364份有效。 ［结果］医院服务需求排在前3位分别是营养方面的讲座（62.4%）、疾病治疗方面讲座（48.4%）、希望联系、介绍心理咨询师及医务人员的倾听（44.0%）。不同疾病阶段、不同年龄层次的肿瘤患者对医院服务需求各不相同。［结论］ 肿瘤医院应根据不同肿瘤患者的需要提供相应的个性化服务，不断提高患者服务满意度。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cancer patients’ requirement for hospital services. ［Methods］ The hospital service requirement in 380 cancer patient with firsttime outpatient or inpatient were investigated by questionnaire from August 2013 to September 2013. Of which 364 questionnaire were valid .［Results］ The top 3 requirement of hospital services were mini-lectures about nutrition(62.4%)，mini-lectures on disease treatment(48.4%)，and hoping to contact and be introduced to counselors(44.0%). Patients in different cancer period，different ages had different requirement of hospital service. ［Conclusion］ The cancer hospital should provide cancer patients with personalized service according to the needs of different cancer patients’ requirement and to reach satisfactory services. |
