| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析阳城县1998～2007年子宫颈癌发病情况，为子宫颈癌防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 以山西省阳城县肿瘤登记报告资料为依据，对1998～2007年子宫颈癌发病数据进行分析，计算其发病率、标化率、累积率和截缩率等指标，并对1998～2002年和2003～2007年两个时段子宫颈癌的发病情况进行比较分析。［结果］ 1998～2007年阳城县子宫颈癌发病率为87.37/10万，占所有恶性肿瘤发病的30.12%，中国标化发病率为60.78/10万，世界标化发病率为70.62/10万，平均发病年龄为49.13±10.19岁。1998～2002年、2003～2007年阳城县子宫颈癌发病率分别为96.20/10万和78.23/10万，分别占所有恶性肿瘤发病的33.10%和27.07%；中标率分别为66.50/10万和57.86/10万，世标率分别为81.04/10万和71.78/10万。1998～2002年在45~岁年龄组达到峰值（发病率为295.56/10万），平均发病年龄为47.58±9.59岁；2003～2007年在55~岁年龄组达到峰值（发病率为368.36/10万），平均发病率龄为51.05±10.57岁。［结论］ 1998~2007年阳城子宫颈癌发病率总体呈下降趋势，但仍处于较高的发病水平，应继续将其作为重点防控癌种。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analysis the incidence of cervical cancer in Yangcheng County，and to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.［Methods］ The data of 1998～2007 from Yangcheng Cancer Registry were collected and analyzed. The crude incidence，age-standardized incidence，cumulative rate and truncated rate were calculated. The incidence of cervical cancer during different periods (1998～2002 and 2003～2007) were compared and analyzed.［Results］ The incidence of cervical cancer from 1998～2007 was 87.37/105，accounted for 30.12% of the total cancer incidence. The age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population (ASR China) and by world standard population (ASR world) were 60.78/105 and 70.62/105 respectively. The average incident age was 49.13±10.19 years old. From 1998 to 2002 and from 2002 to 2007，the crude incidence was 96.20/105 and 78.23/105，accounted for 33.10% and 27.07% of the total cancer incidence respectively.ASR China was 66.50/105 and 57.86/105 respectively，and ASR world was 81.04/105 and 71.78/105，and a peek rate of 295.56/105 at age of 45～ years group and 368.36/105 at age of 55～ years group respectively，the average incident age was 47.58±9.59 and 51.05±10.57 years old respectively.［Conclusions］ From 1998 to 2007，the incidence of cervical cancer decreased in Yangcheng County with increase of median age. More attention should be paid to the prevention and control of cervical cancer. |
