| 摘 要：［目的］了解建湖县2008~2012年恶性肿瘤发病情况，为制定肿瘤综合防治策略提供科学依据。［方法］收集2008~2012年恶性肿瘤发病数据，分析恶性肿瘤粗发病率、年龄别发病率、中标率等。［结果］2008~2012年恶性肿瘤发病率为286.26/10万，中标率为150.75/10万；年龄别发病率总体呈“√”型，发病高峰集中在65岁及以上老年组，男性发病率高于女性（χ2=143.63，P＜0.01）。发病前10位恶性肿瘤依次为胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、脑肿瘤、白血病。2008~2012年间，恶性肿瘤的发病率略有增长，肺癌发病率略有上升（χ2=10.77，P＜0.05）。［结论］恶性肿瘤已成为威胁建湖县居民健康的重大疾病之一，以上消化道肿瘤为首的恶性肿瘤应是防控的重点。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the cancer incidence from 2008 to 2012 in Jianhu County，Jiangsu Province，and to provide basis for making control measures and strategies for prevention.［Methods］ The cancer incidence data were collected from 2008 to 2012. Crude rate，age-specific incidence and age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population (ASR China) were calculated.［Results］ The incidence of cancer from 2008 to 2012 was 286.26/105，the ASR China was 150.75/105；The age-specific incidence of presents the type of “√”，peaks in elderly group (over the age of 65)，and the incidence in male was higher than that in female(χ2=143.63，P＜0.01). The top 10 most common cancers were stomach cancer，esophageal cancer，lung cancer，liver cancer，colorectal cancer，cervical cancer，breast cancer，pancreatic cancer，brain tumors and leukemia. Besides，the overall incidence of cancer showed a slow rise tendency. However，the incidence of lung cancer increased (χ2=10.77，P＜0.05). ［Conclusions］ Cancer has become one of the major diseases that threaten the resident's health of Jianhu County；upper gastrointestinal cancer should be the focus of prevention and control of cancer. |
