      摘 要:[目的] 评价人力资源管理对提升医院综合实力所起到的积极推进作用。[方法]对2003~2013年辽宁省肿瘤医院人力资源基本情况进行趋势分析,并分析辽宁省肿瘤医院的综合效益。[结果] 2003~2013年医院专业技术人员中博士、硕士人数上升,高级职称人数上升;中层管理人员中博士、硕士人数上升;门诊和住院患者人次数明显增多。2009~2013年较2004~2008年,发表核心期刊论文增幅达107.46%,科研课题增幅达104.11%。[结论] 辽宁省肿瘤医院人力资源管理已见成效,对医院综合实力的提高起到了积极作用。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To evaluate the role of human resources management to actively promote comprehensive hospital strength.[Methods] The trend of human resources and comprehensive benefit from 2003 to 2013 in Liaoning Province Tumor Hospital were analyzed. [Results] The number of technical personnel with doctor or master’s degrees,the number of the high grade personals and the number of middle managers with doctor or master’s degrees increased from 2003 to 2013. The number of outpatient and inpatient has increased substantially.Compared with 2004~2008,published papers in core journals represented an increase of 107.46% and research projects represented an increase of 104.11% during 2009~2013.[Conclusion] Human resource management have get great performance,and plays a positive role to improve comprehensive hospital strength in Liaoning Province Tumor Hospital.
