| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2010~2012年杭州市恶性肿瘤的死亡流行特征及疾病负担，为肿瘤防治提供科学依据。［方法］ 收集2010~2012年杭州市居民病伤死亡原因报表、采用死亡率、潜在减寿年数（YPLL）、标化潜在减寿年数（SYPLL）、潜在减寿率（YPLLR）、标化潜在减寿年数（SYPLLR）等指标对杭州市恶性肿瘤死亡数据进行分析。［结果］ 2010~2012年杭州市总死亡人数120 944例，其中死于恶性肿瘤36 227例，占全部死因的29.95%。恶性肿瘤死亡率为180.76/10万（标化死亡率106.70/10万），死亡率居于前5位的恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食管癌。2010~2012年杭州市居民全死因PYLL为522 217人年，其中恶性肿瘤PYLL为227 702.5人年，占全死因的43.60%。［结论］ 肺癌和消化道恶性肿瘤是杭州市居民肿瘤死亡的重要原因。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the death epidemiological features and disease burden of malignant tumors among Hangzhou residents in 2010~2012，and provide a scientific basis for preventing and controlling malignant tumors．［Methods］ The death data of malignant tumor in Hangzhou city from Hangzhou Residents Disease Cause of Death Report System from 2010 to 2012 were enrolled. The mortality，years of potential life lost(YPLL)，standardized years of potential life lost( SYPLL)，years of potential life lost rate(YPLLR) and standardized years of potential life lost rate(SYPLLR) were analyzed．［Results］ The total number of deaths among Hangzhou in 2010~2012 was 120 944，of which 36 227 died of malignant tumors with accounting for 29.95%. The mortality of malignant tumors was 180.76/105(the standardized mortality was 106.70/105)．The top 5 malignant tumors were lung cancer，liver cancer，gastric cancer，colon-rectum cancer and esophageal cancer. The YPLL of total death among Hangzhou residents in 2010~2012 was 522 217 person years，and the YPLL of malignant tumors was 227 702.5 person years with accounting for 43.60% of total death.［Conclusion］ Lung cancer and digestive tract malignant tumors are the important causes of death in Hangzhou residents. |
