| 摘 要：随着表皮生长因子受体抑制剂（EGFRI）临床应用愈加广泛，相应的副反应皮疹也越来越明显。运用中医辨证施治，结合西医治疗，患者相应皮疹的发生率明显降低，疗效明显提高。全文中西医方面就EGFRI引起皮疹的原因、机制、表现及防治进行探讨。 |

| Abstract：With wider clinical application of EGFRI，the toxicity of rash became more and more obvious. TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine in the treatment for patients with rash could reduce the occurrence of EGFRI-associated rash，and improve the curative effect. The etiology， mechanism， performance and therapy of EGFRI-associated rash with Chinese Traditional Medicine and Western Medicine were reviewed in this article. |
