| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析兰州市2010年胃癌的发病情况。［方法］ 对兰州市2010年恶性肿瘤发病数据进行评估，计算胃癌发病率、构成、累积率等。［结果］ 2010年兰州市胃癌新发病例639例（男性493例，女性146例）。胃癌发病率为34.02/10万（男性51.39/10万，女性15.89/10万），中标率为28.39/10万（男性44.28/10万，女性12.65/10万），累积率（0～74岁）为4.75%。发病率居前5位的恶性肿瘤为肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和乳腺癌。 ［结论］ 胃癌是威胁兰州居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一，男性和女性之间存在明显差异，应根据实际情况有重点地开展防治工作。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence of stomach cancer in Lanzhou cancer registry areas in 2010.［Methods］ the data incidence of cancer in Lanzhou were analyzed. The incidence，proportion，cumulative rate were calculated. ［Results］ The total newly diagnosed stomach cancer cases in 2010 were 639 (males 493，female 146). The crude incidence of stomach cancer was 34.02/105(male 51.39/105，female 15.89/105)，the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population (ASR China) was 28.39/105(male 44.28/105，female 12.65/105)，and the cumulative rate(0~74 years old) was 4.75%. The top 5 cancer incidence in Lanzhou was lung cancer，stomach cancer，colorectal cancer，liver and breast cancer.［Conclusions］ Stomach cancer is one of the major threats to the health in Lanzhou，which is different between male and female. Prevention and treatment should be carried out according to the practical situation. |
