| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析嘉善县1988～2012年女性乳腺癌发病趋势。［方法］ 根据嘉善县肿瘤登记报告系统收集的1988～2012年新发乳腺癌病例资料，计算女性乳腺癌发病率、中国人口标化率、发病率变化百分比（PC）等指标。［结果］ 嘉善县1988～2012年女性乳腺癌新发病例1299例，粗发病率为27.61/10万，占全部女性肿瘤发病的13.57%，位居女性癌症发病第2位。25年间女性乳腺癌发病粗率、中标率、世标率的变化百分比（PC）分别为462.84%、248.71%和238.35%，年均变化百分比（APC）分别为8.49%、6.20%和6.23%。2008～2012年与1988～1992年各年龄组发病率比较，除20～29岁和80岁以上年龄组略下降外，其他各年龄组发病率均有明显上升，其中60～69岁和30～39岁年龄组上升明显，分别上升780.87%和346.78%。［结论］ 嘉善县女性乳腺癌发病率呈明显上升趋势，乳腺癌已成为嘉善县女性第二位常见恶性肿瘤，应采取有效措施，控制其不断上升态势。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the epidemiological trend of female breast cancer in Jiashan from 1988 to 2012.［Methods］ The cancer data from 1988 to 2012 in Jiashan Cancer Registry were collected. The incidence，age-standardized incidence by Chinese and world standard population (ASR China and ASR world)，the percent change (PC) and annual percent change (APC) were calculated respectively.［Results］ From 1988 to 2012，the total new incidence cases were 1299，which accounted for 13.57% of total female cancer，and ranked the second in the incidence of cancer in women. The crude incidence was 27.61/105. The PC of the crude incidence，ASR China，and ASR world were 462.84%，248.71% and 238.35%，and the APC of which were 8.49%，6.20% and 6.23% respectively in recent 25 years. Compared with the incidence from 1988 to 1992，each age group from 2008 to 2012 were increased significantly，except in age from 20~29 and over 80 which decreased slightly，and in age from 60~69 and 30~39 increased the most significantly by 780.87% and 346.78% respectively. ［Conclusion］ The incidence of female breast cancer increases steadily in Jiashan，and female breast cancer ranks the second common malignant tumor in women. Effective methods should be taken to prevent breast cancer. |
