| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析昆山市2011年恶性肿瘤发病率。［方法］ 基于2011年昆山市恶性肿瘤登记系统的肿瘤新发病例数分析恶性肿瘤发病率。标准人口按照全国2010年普查人口结构和Segi’s世界人口结构为标准计算标化率。［结果］ 昆山市2011年恶性肿瘤粗发病率为327.11/10万，中标率为250.59/10万，世标率为191.54/10万；男性粗发病率为366.99/10万，中标率为274.78/10万，世标率为221.89/10万；女性粗发病率为287.33/10万，中标率为225.96/10万，世标率为166.65/10万。男性恶性肿瘤粗发病率前5位为肺、胃、肝和肝内胆管、食管和结直肠癌；女性则依次为乳腺、肺、胃、甲状腺、肝和肝内胆管癌。［结论］ 昆山市2011年恶性肿瘤发病率处于中下水平，但女性甲状腺癌发病水平较高，肿瘤防治相关措施亟需开展。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the incidence of cancer in kunshan，Jiangsu province，2011. ［Methods］ The new cancer cases from the Kunshan Cancer Registry were collected，and cancer incidence was analyzed. Chinese population census in 2010 and Segi’s population were used for age-standardized population.［Results］ The incidence of cancer was 327.11/105 in kunshan，Jiangsu province in 2011 with ASR China 250.59/105 and ASR world 191.54/105. The incidence of cancer was 366.99/105 in male (ASR China 274.78/105，ASR world 221.89/105)；287.33/105 in female (ASR China 225.96/105，ASR world 166.65/105).The top 5 crude incidences were lung cancer，stomach cancer，liver cancer，esophagus cancer and colorectal cancer in male，while breast cancer，lung cancer，stomach cancer，thyroid cancer and liver cancer were the top 5 cancers in female.［Conclusion］ The cancer incidence in Kunshan in 2011 was at middle and lower level，but the incidence of thyroid cancer of female was at high level，and cancer control measures were urgently needed. |
