      摘 要:[目的] 探讨管饲营养支持对食管癌同步放化疗患者的作用。 [方法]食管癌拟行放化疗患者40例,随机分为管饲营养支持组(TF组)20例,口服营养素补充组(ONS组)20例,观察放疗结束时患者营养状况、并发症发生率、按治疗计划完成率、住院时间及费用。[结果] TF组患者放疗结束时各项营养及血液指标均优于ONS组(P<0.05),骨髓抑制发生率低于ONS组(25% vs 60%,P<0.05)。TF组患者均按计划完成治疗,ONS组4例因严重并发症中断或延迟治疗(P<0.05),TF组住院时间平均缩短3.3d(P<0.05),住院费用减少11100元/人次(P<0.05)。[结论] 对于食管癌放疗患者,管饲营养支持更能够使患者达到喂养目标,维持良好的营养状况,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗耐受性,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用。

      Abstracts:[Purpose] To investigate the effect of tube feeding on esophageal cancer patients with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy. [Methods] Forty cases with esophageal cancer patients with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy were randomly divided into tube feeding (TF) group (n=20) and oral nutritional supplements (ONS) group (n=20). At the end of chemo-radiotherapy,nutritional status,incidence of complications,and completion rates of radiotherapy were evaluated. Besides,length of hospital stay (LOS) and cost were also compared between the two groups. [Results] Compared to ONS group,nutrition and blood parameter values in TF group were better (P<0.05),and the myelosuppression rate was lower (25% vs 60%,P<0.05). In addition,the patients in TF group all completed the treatment plan while 4 patients in ONS group were interrupted or delayed(P<0.05). At last,the average LOS decreased by 3.3 days (P<0.05) and hospitalization cost reduced 11100 RMB person-times(P<0.05) for TF group patients. [Conclusion] Tube feeding can help obtain feeding target,maintain nutritional status and improve treatment compliance and tolerance of esophageal carcinoma patients with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy and help to shorten LOS and reduce cost.
