| Abstract：Melanoma is the most aggressive tumor in skin malignancies. The molecular target and immune agents have brought new therapy opportunity for advanced melanoma，which is based on intensive studies on gene mutations of melanoma cells and immune system. The research progress of targeted agents and related treatment pathway for malignant melanoma treatment was summarized in this paper. |
