摘要：骨癌痛动物模型的不断出现和日渐完善为癌痛机制研究提供了有效的工具，癌痛的病理机制异于炎性痛和神经病理性痛，具有其独特性。全文以骨癌动物模型为载体，综述骨癌痛发生的脊髓机制。

英文摘要:

Abstract：It is an effective tool that animal model of bone cancer pain appears constant and increasing sophisticate for researching the mechanism of bone cancer pain. The pathology of pain mechanisms is different from those of inflammatory pain and neuropathic pain，with its own unique. The mechanisms of spinal bone cancer pain based on animal model with bone cancer were reviewed in this paper.
