| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨中国皮肤黑色素瘤发病规律，为我国皮肤黑色素瘤的防治提供决策依据。［方法］ 利用Poisson回归方法对2008年中国肿瘤登记中心的发病数据及2008年WHO癌症国际研究中心数据进行分析。［结果］ 2008年中国41个肿瘤登记地区皮肤黑色素瘤的发病率差异较大，男性发病率高于女性，西北地区高于其他地区，且随着年龄上升发病率呈现上升趋势。与其他东亚国家比较，我国皮肤黑色素瘤的粗发病率低于日本和韩国。［结论］ 我国皮肤黑色素瘤的发病率处于相对较低水平，但高危人群(如我国西北地区及老龄人群)的发病状况仍值得关注。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To explore the characteristics of skin melanoma incidence in China and provide evidence for disease prevention and medical care.［Methods］ Poisson regression model was adopted to analyze the incidence of skin melanoma，Data from national cancer registry in China and WHO cancer center were used.［Results］ The incidences of skin melanoma in China differed a lot among 41 registration areas in 2008. The male incidence in China was higher than that of female；it was higher in northwest regions of China than those in other regions；it increased with age growth；and it was lower than those of Japan and South Korea in East Asia.［Conclusion］ Although the incidence of skin melanoma is relatively lower in China，the population with higher risks is worth to pay attention to，such as people in northwest region and the elderly. |
