| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2011年泰兴市恶性肿瘤发病死亡情况。［方法］ 对泰兴市2011年的恶性肿瘤发病死亡资料进行分析，计算发病率、死亡率等指标。［结果］ 2011年泰兴市恶性肿瘤粗发病率为229.80 /10万，粗死亡率为184.36 /10万。恶性肿瘤发病和死亡水平男性均显著高于女性，且随年龄增长呈上升趋势。恶性肿瘤发病率居前5位的依次为：食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌；死亡率居前5位的依次为：食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、胰腺癌。［结论］ 消化系统肿瘤、肺癌及乳腺癌是影响泰兴市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤，进一步加强监测与干预。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ An analysis of incidence and mortality of cancer in Taixing，2011. ［Methods］ The data of incidence and mortality of cancer in Taixing were analyzed. The disease incidence and mortality were calculated.［Results］ The crude incidence and crude mortality of cancer was 229.80/105 and 184.36/105 respectively. The incidence and mortality of cancer were higher in male and increased with age. Cancers of esophagus，liver，stomach，lung and breast were the top 5 of common cancer sites of incidence，and cancers of esophagus，liver，stomach，lung and pancreas were the top 5 of common cancer sites of mortality.［Conclusion］ Digestive system tumors，lung cancer and breast cancer are major malignant tumor those impact on residents' health in Taixing. Prevention and control should be enhanced. |
