| 摘 要：电视胸腔镜肺叶切除治疗肺癌已广泛应用于胸外科临床，但术中可能因为各种情况而中转为传统开胸术。全文对中转开胸的原因进行分析，并结合文献和自己的经验，提出了在保证手术安全的前提下减少中转开胸的措施，以期进一步提高胸腔镜肺叶切除治疗肺癌的技术水平。 |

| Abstract：Thus far，video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer has been widely applied. However，thoracoscopic surgery could be conversed to traditional thoracotomy due to numerous unplanned situations. Herein，we analyzed the causes of the conversion，and presented the strategies to reduce it upon the safety of operations referring to the published reports and our experience. We aimed to further improve the skill levels of thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer. |
