| 摘 要：肺癌是临床最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，非小细胞肺癌约占肺癌的80%，由于肿瘤具有隐匿性特点，确诊时大约2/3患者已属晚期。随着医学的发展与新药的研发应用，晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效有所提升，但仍不十分令人满意，临床中急需在一线、二线、维持以及中医药等综合治疗中，逐步优化治疗策略，使患者生存更加获益。 |

| Abstract：Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers，non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for about 80% of lung cancers. Due to the occult characteristics，about 2/3 patients were in advanced stage when diagnosed.With the development of medical science and new drugs application，the response for advanced NSCLC has improved，but not very satisfactory. Treatment strategies of first-line，second-line treatments，maintenance therapy，traditional Chinese medicine therapy and comprehensive treatment were urgent to benefit the patients. |
