| 摘 要：［目的］ 研究浙江省肿瘤登记地区2000~2009年白血病发病与死亡的流行状况。［方法］ 对浙江省6个肿瘤登记地区2000~2009年数据进行汇总，计算白血病发病率、死亡率、标化率及变化趋势。［结果］ 浙江省肿瘤登记地区2000~2009年白血病合计发病率为5.66/10万，发病率从2000年的5.62/10万升高到2009年的7.08/10万，年度变化百分比（APC）为3.21%（95%CI：0.20~6.30）。2000~2009年白血病合计死亡率为3.91/10万，死亡率从2000年的1.69/10万升高到2009年的4.64/10万，APC为5.09%（95%CI：1.13~9.21）。白血病年龄别发病与死亡在婴儿（0~1岁）、青少年（14~19岁）和老年人（65~84岁）出现3个高峰，白血病发病与死亡分别在70~岁组、80~岁组达到高峰。［结论］ 婴幼儿、老年人群应该作为浙江省开展白血病防治工作的重点对象。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate incidence and mortality of leukemia in cancer registration areas of Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2009.［Methods］ The data from 6 cancer registries in Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2009 were collected. Incidence and mortality，age-standardized rate and trend were calculated.［Results］ In cancer registration areas of Zhejiang province from 2000 to 2009，the incidence of leukemia was 5.66/105. The incidence increased from 5.62/105 in 2000 to 7.08/105 in 2009 with the annual percent change(APC) of 3.21%(95% confidence interval：0.20~6.30). The mortality of leukemia was 3.91/105. The mortality increased from 1.69/105 in 2000 to 4.64/105 in 2009 with the APC of 5.09%(95% confidence interval：1.13~9.21). The age-specific incidence and mortality of leukemia showed three peaks in infants(0~1 age group)，adolescents(14~19 age group) and elderly(65~84 age group)，and reached peaks in the 70~74，80~84 age groups respectively. ［Conclusion］ The infants and elderly population should be focused on in leukemia prevention and control in Zhejiang province. |
